READING AND WRITING- Relationship between Sentences

Note: When you write discourses (units of language above the level of sentences), you will have to relate sentences and paragraphs.

Sentences in paragraphs should stand related either explicitly or implicitly. If they are linked explicitly, transitional phrases or connectors are used.

You should choose connectors appropriately according to the type of relationship (between the ideas you are linking).
